Arrival/departure
Check-in takes place from 15.00. For check-in after reception opening hours, envelopes are placed in the mailbox outside the reception. You do not need to inform us about this. NOTE! If you have not paid for your accommodation before arrival, check-in must take place before the reception closes.
Check-out takes place at 12.00 for all types of accommodation. Exceptions are only made by agreement with the reception. If you check out too late, you will be charged for an additional night.
We recommend our “Express check-out”. You will receive an envelope at the reception, in which you place the service card, any cleaning list

Safety and rules for fire and electricity
To prevent a rapid spread in the event of a fire, a safety distance of 4 meters must be kept between the camping units. Passages must not be blocked as these are for emergency vehicles. For the sake of accessibility, it is only permitted to park on one’s pitch or designated parking spaces. All caravans are backed into the pitch with the towbar outwards towards the road. On corner pitches, the towbar must point in the same direction as other caravans on the street.
The campsite is responsible for the electricity pole functioning. From the electricity pole to the caravan is the guest’s responsibility. To be allowed to use our electrical outlets, all electrical equipment must be in a safe condition, all equipment must be approved and CE-marked and all cables must be intact, this is the guest’s responsibility. Keep in mind that the cable between the electrical cabinet and the caravan must have a cable area of at least 2.5 mm2.
In case of fire, act as follows:
Rescue – Alert – Extinguish
Fire equipment is marked on the map.
